The brand was founded in 2014 by Margarita Sirekanyan and Arusyak Poghosyan."Nagash" is an old Armenian word which means painter or miniaturist. Those Armenian miniatures have inspired the designers. One of the firsts ideas was to produce shirts with the colorful art work of Martiros Saryan. The shirts were sold with unexpected speed. Those shirts made the brand recognition.

Today, the brand create all segments starting from unique shirts up to winter coats while being affordable for everyone.The brand promote its customer friendliness. Each item can be designed taking into account customer's preferences.
